B) There are lot of people all over the world who smokes without being care about the rest who are around them.
Personally , I think that fume not only affects to the people who are smoking, it also makes danger to everybody who is in the same ambient like children, pregnant women...
It is a fact that nowadays most of people smoke, but in my opinion it must be regulated by the state, creating areas only to smoke, constructing them with special technology that collects all the smoke and does not harm the health of others.
To conclude, people can smoke whereas the won't do anything bad to the rest.
