Last summer, I was very stressed about my exams. The more I worried the less I couldn't concentrate when I tried to study.
I started spending a lot of time alone in my bedroom, lying on my bed feeling depressed. I didn't do any work but at the same time I was terrified of failing my exams so I couldn't relax.
Finally, my mother took me to see my tutor at school. She told me to make a plan to study a little bit every day and to forget about everything else than I had to do. At the same time, se said I should start going out again and doing sport.
In the end, I passed my exams. Now I always study in this way and fell much happier and more relaxed about exams.
