Power Plants and Electricity Generation
A power plant is a facility designed to produce electricity in large quantities from a primary energy source.
Hydroelectric Power Plants
These generate electricity using water. Key components include the dam, water pipes, turbines, transformers, and distribution systems.

Conventional and Nuclear Power Plants
