As you know, there are a few problems in our company that must be solved. The issue affecting all departments of the factory is the temperature. A colleague informed me that the windows are broken, so we are going to fix them first. Following that, we will purchase a new air conditioning system to resolve the temperature problem.

We are considering two ways to install the new system:

Logistics and Warehouse Management Updates

Good morning,

We have identified several critical issues within the company that require immediate attention:

1. Railway Strike and Shipping

Due to the current railway strike, we cannot ship products to customers by rail. I have devised a solution: we will rent a van to transport our products. The rental cost is approximately 300€ per week, which is significantly more cost-effective than repairing the rail line, estimated at 100,000€.

2. Warehouse Capacity

Our warehouse is currently at full capacity, preventing further production. To resolve this, we need to rent an additional warehouse nearby immediately. The cost for this space is 1,250€ per month.
