What is Planning?

The act of building a bridge between the desired future (where you want to go) and the current situation (in which the Board or the Organization is).

The Purpose of Strategy

To the extent that it allows long-term planning, direct action in support of local development, combining political, social, and technical aspects.

What is Strategic Planning?

It is a planning methodology that bets on the future (the dream we want to achieve). It is the coordination of creative minds in a common perspective from which to proceed to the local area into the future successfully.

Defining Strategy

It is a guide to achieve the objectives (what we want to achieve), namely how to achieve what we want. It is the adaptation of resources and organization skills to the changing environment, taking advantage of their opportunities and assessing risks in terms of objectives.
