Dear Sir, 

I am writing to complain about the Spanish teacher in first of bat.

First of all, my soon has failed all the Spanish exams this year. I believe this is because the examinations are complet different from the study material. Secondly, she doesn't explain the leasson clearly and nobody understand her.

In addition, the teacher never answers any questions from the students and is often impolite. She spends all class time playing with her mobile.

I am very disappointed with this teacher and I would appreciate some action about this.
