Solar Panels and Radiation
Solar panels
Radiation from the sun
Solar radiation intensity and negative voltage correlate to greater power generation. The optimal point is achieved when voltage and current are maximized.
Radiation is measured in W/m². As temperature increases, voltage drops. The ideal operating temperature is 20-25 ºC.
Increasing the number of cells in series increases the voltage (0.5 V per cell).
Maximum Power = Voltage peak × Intensity peak
Networking and Power Systems
Networking
Solar panels > DC/AC > Input and output counters.
Isolated (Off-grid): Solar panels > Regulator > Inverter (DC to AC) > Home consumption.
Common Telecommunications Infrastructure (ICT)
Common Infrastructure Telecommunications (ICT)
A single-plant building is advisable to have ICT, while two-plant buildings require it.
What is ICT?
ICT refers to the facilities necessary to capture, adapt, and distribute radio, terrestrial and satellite television, basic telephone services, and broadband telecommunications to homes. It must be signed by a telecommunications engineer.
Installation and Certification
ICT systems can only be installed by companies registered in the Register of Telecommunication Facilities of the Secretary of State for Telecommunications, who must sign an installation newsletter.
For buildings with more than 20 homes, it is mandatory to provide an installation newsletter, a testing protocol, and a final certification of work issued by a qualified Telecommunications Engineer.
Ownership and Requirements
Who is the owner of the ICT?
The community of owners, as it is a common facility.
Key Requirements:
- Satellite TV: At least two connection points are required to receive satellite television signals.
- Telephone Lines: At least two lines for homes and three for business premises.
- Broadband: At least two broadband operators must be able to provide services in the same building.
