School Board: Representative Democracy

- e) Decide on the admission of students subject to the provisions of this Act and the regulations that develop it.
- f) Determine the resolution of disciplinary conflicts and ensure that they comply with current legislation.
Faculty: Participatory Democracy

Responsibilities of the Faculty
- a) Develop the team and the school board proposals for the development of school projects and general programming per year.
- b) Approve and evaluate the realization of the curriculum and all educational aspects of projects and general programming per year.
- c) Establish the criteria relating to guidance, mentoring, assessment, and recovery of the students.
- d) Promote initiatives in the field of experimentation, educational research, and the teacher training center.
- e) Elect their representatives on the Council of the school and participate in the selection of a director under the terms established by this Law.
- f) Meet the candidates for the leadership and management projects submitted by candidates.
- g) Review and assess the overall functioning of the center.
School Leadership and Management

Key Duties of School Leadership
- a) Represent the center, representing the education authority in it, and ensure it reaches the approaches, aspirations, and needs of the educational community.

- c) Exercise educational leadership, promoting educational innovation and promoting plans for achieving the objectives of the educational project of the center.
