A Family Day Out: A Story of Resilience

Ellie shouted his name loudly, but by the time I looked up, he had already passed. If I hadn't been distracted, I wouldn't have missed him.
In the end, Josh finished 124th. He was delighted with his performance, especially considering most competitors had trained for years. I didn't tell Josh that I missed his moment, as I was too embarrassed. Later, I secretly watched the race on YouTube to see his achievement.
