Gender Equality: A Fight for Women's Rights
Are you ever unhappy with the way the world is going? Many people complain but do not do anything to change it. In Spain and in many other countries, women get less money than men doing the same job. In my opinion everybody should have the same rights. Since the beginning of time, women have been treated as inferior human beings. In the early years they were considered as mere objects, whose only utility was to raise the children and to do all the housekeeping, while the man was working, or having a social life. Not long ago, women couldn’t vote, and they couldn’t be independent, they were always depending on a man, either their father, brother, husband… The situation is getting better, but we still have a lot to do and to fight for. For starters, women’s salaries are lower than men, just because of the fact that they are women, not because they are less efficient, this needs to change. Secondly, a lot of people believe that women are treated like men but today we can see this inequality even in advertising. Studies have discovered that women are characterized in advertising campaigns as simple objects that only serve to be at home. In short, I believe everybody should be paid in relation to their work and not their gender. Throughout history women have struggled to be legally just like men. For this reason, women should have the same rights as men.
Studying Abroad: Break the Routine and Expand Your Horizons
Most students are tired of the routine and want to continue studying, but in other places, therefore, studying abroad could be a way to break the routine of many students and learn new things. In my opinion, I agree to go abroad to study, because I think it can help you grow as a person. Firstly, it is clear that studying abroad will offer you many opportunities. To begin, studying abroad gives you the opportunity to meet new people from other places. In addition, it exposes you to new cultures from other countries, which is very interesting. Finally, it allows you to acquire more knowledge, which will make you more professional. Secondly, if, for example, you want to be a teacher of English, the best thing you can do is go to study abroad, somewhere where this language is spoken, to improve your English.
In conclusion, although studying abroad can be a costly expense, the advantages are many more. For this reason, in my opinion, everyone should have the opportunity to study abroad, because they are great experiences that will enrich them as a person. Studying abroad may be one of the most beneficial experiences for a college student. By studying abroad, students have the opportunity to study in a foreign nation and take in the allure and culture of a new land. The benefits of studying abroad include the opportunity to see new terrains, natural wonders, museums, and landmarks of your host nation. Additionally, studying abroad allows you to immerse yourself in a new culture, experiencing incredible new foods, customs, traditions, and social atmospheres.
Studying Sixth Form: A Path to Personal Growth
The majority of students, when they finish high school and decide to continue studying, choose between studying sixth form or vocational training. In my opinion, I agree with studying sixth form, since I think it can help you grow as a person. Firstly, it is clear that studying sixth form will offer you many opportunities. To begin with, the sixth form is the best study path you can take if you want to go to university. In addition, within the sixth form, you can specialize in different areas. For example, if you are passionate about literature and languages, you can do the Humanities, or if you love science, you can take the Sciences. If you study sixth form, you will learn many things and begin to discover what you really like, and then choose a career in college. Secondly, if you already know that you want to enter the university, the baccalaureate is the best way. For example, in my case, I am doing Baccalaureate because it is the best way to enter Journalism, which is the degree that I want to pursue. In conclusion, although studying sixth form can be a bit challenging, the advantages of going are immense. For this reason, in my opinion, everyone should have the opportunity to study sixth form, because they are great experiences that enrich you as a person.
