Plumbing and Drainage Components
Pot Siphon
Used to collect and evacuate wastewater from non-siphoning drains, positioned below the toilet or drainpipe connection.
Buried Collector
Functions as a horizontal network for disposing of sewage and rainwater from downspouts, leading from the chest at the base of the building to the connection well, septic tank, seepage pit, or purification equipment.
Inspection Chamber
Used to register the network. It is required at collector junctions, changes in section, direction, or slope, and along straight sections at a maximum interval of 20 meters.
Breaker
Used for general installation shut-off in Schedule C solutions. In schedules A, B, and D, it is incorporated into the general meter.
Channeling
Includes the following components:
- Distributor: Horizontal pipe from the meter or breaker to the base of the column.
- Column: Vertical pipe from the distributor to the shunt.
- Shunt: Horizontal pipe from the column to the point of consumption.
Stop Valve
Located at the point of derivation for each wet area, specifically before toilets, dishwashers, and washing machines. It allows for the cutting and regulation of water flow.
Toilet Flushing Mechanism
Used to replace standard toilet tank discharge systems.
Submetering
Used to measure water flow. It is available to monitor hot water consumption at the start of supply lines in centralized facilities.
Elevator and Electrical Systems
ITA2
Used in residential buildings and apartments for a maximum of 15 stops. In other building types, it supports up to 8 stops.
Perforated Slab
Serves to support the loads of an elevator group, with levels specified in drills provided by the installation company.
General Protection Box (CGP)
The protection element where the user-owned installation begins, connecting the service line with the utility provider. One CGP is required per line, utilizing fuses for protection. The box is housed in an accessible recess agreed upon by the user and the company.
Centralization of Meters
A set used to measure power consumption for each user and general services. It is configured in two ways: Individual (1 or 2 users) or Concentrated (for more than 16 meters), which is housed in a separate room.
Individual Derivation (DI)
An electrical facility based on the LGA that supplies power to an installation. It includes safety fuses, user equipment requirements, the line leading to the general control and protection panel, and the panel itself, which contains 1 or 3 phase wires, 1 neutral, and 1 protection conductor.
Closed Expansion Vessel
Designed to absorb the increased volume of water in a facility without exceeding the maximum working pressure (in mca) resulting from static pressure.
