The Importance of Sport
Sport is very important for health. Football and basketball are liked by many students. Sport can make our body strong and healthy. People should do exercise because it is good for the body and the mind.
Sport is also good for friendships. New friends can be made in sports teams. When exercise is done, people usually feel happy and relaxed. Students can learn teamwork and discipline from sport.
In my opinion, sport should be practiced more often at school. Teenagers must do some exercise every day. It does not have to be difficult. Simple activities like walking or riding a bike can help a lot. A healthy life can be created with sport and good habits.
