Training Contracts

  • Duration: Time required to perform the service. If exceeding one year, a 15-day notice period is required for termination.
  • Company: Full-time or part-time; no trial period required.
  • Probation Period: 6 months for graduates; 2 months for others.
  • Salary: According to the agreement and contract terms.

Interim Contracts

  • Worker: Replaces an existing employee and meets the requirements for the position.
  • Duration: Lasts for the duration of the replacement.
  • Company: Full-time hours; duties match the replaced worker.
  • Probation Period: 6 months for degree holders; 2 months for others. In companies with fewer than 25 workers, it cannot exceed 3 months.

Indefinite Contracts

These contracts have no time limit for the provision of services:

  • Form: Can be verbal or written.
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time.
  • Objective: To provide long-term employment stability.

Part-Time Contracts

  • Worker: No special requirements.
  • Duration: Fixed or indefinite; can be continuous or split; overtime is permitted.
  • Company: Same conditions as comparable full-time workers.
  • Probation Period: According to the agreement; 6 months for graduates, 2 months for others.
  • Salary: Proportional to the agreement based on hours worked.
