Some features ususally seen In this genre are: ghosts, madness, murders, etc. They displayed Characteristics of excess such as cruel torture. Revenge tragedies became more Important when Elizabethan used this kind of works to improve and grow in a Stronger way. Other important works belonging to the revenge tragedies are “the Duchess of Malfi” and “the white Devil”.
