An opinion essay

Normally, teenagers have an accelerated lifestyle, they do not care too much about their health, because they are young and do not believe that they will have any disease or serious problem. For this reason they do not care about the food they eat or their diet.

In my opinion, the reason is that none of them want to "waste" time on taking care of their diet, and cooking healthily. They often abuse fast food. It's also because they are capricious, and they don't like both the healthy food as the junk food.

The problem of not taking care of our health from the youth is that sooner or later we pay the consequences in different ways, with obesity, with cholesterol, with anemia, diabetes and other illnesses.
