I really want to go to college to study law. I'm going to study hard and try my best to do well in school. I'm going to show my parents I can be responsible.

I'm going to volunteer my time to help others. I really believe that it's very important to help those who need our help. I also think that the more you do for others, the better you feel about yourself.

I'm going to start recycling all the paper, plastic, and glass I use instead of just throwing it away. We all need to start thinking about the environment before it's too late.

Getting Ready for the Cold

Come rain or shine!

Brian: They say it's going to be very cold on the weather channel.

Mom: How cold, Brian?

Brian: 22 degrees Fahrenheit.

Brian: Hmm. I'm going to wear a sweater and a thick pair of pants. I should also wear my jacket, my hat, a scarf, gloves, and my boots.

Mom: Why are you wearing all those clothes, Brian?

Brian: Because you said it's going to be cold.

Mom: Not today, Brian - tomorrow. Now, take off those things before you roast.

Brian: I can't reach the zipper, Mom. Help!
