Formal and Informal Organization

Formal Organization

Sets the direction, brand relationships, hierarchical position, brand management activities, roads, and communication structure. This structure is hierarchical.

Informal Organization

Arises spontaneously, establishing relations based on friendship, affinity, etc. Activities are performed voluntarily and need not follow the business's official goals. Friendship groups form based on affinity. Authority may be exercised by individuals other than their designated leaders.

Essential Labor Documents

Documents that are part of an employment record include:

  • Letter of employment application
  • Resume
  • Personal data sheet
  • Results of selection tests taken by the candidate
  • Titles of other studies, etc.

Overtime Compensation

Must be agreed upon in the collective agreement or contract. This could be a choice between several options:

  1. Compensation: In no case shall this be less than the ordinary time value.
  2. Compensation: For the equivalent time paid as rest.

6.1 Types of Contracts

Indefinite Contracts:

  • Regular.
  • Promotion of Permanent Contracts: For young people aged 16 to 30 years, long-term unemployed, unemployed women when hiring for professional services, those over 45, disabled individuals, and permanent conversion of temporary contracts.

Temporary Contracts:

  • "All Fixed-Term" Contracts: For specific work or service given by any production circumstance, or internships.
  • Format Contracts: For training and practical experience.

Part-Time Work:

(Temporary or permanent, fixed-continuous, replacement).

Other Forms of Contracts:

  • Replacement for anticipated retirement age.
  • Home work contract.
  • Contract of group work.

6.5 Training Contracts

a) Contracts in Practice:

  • Objective: For the inspection of youth without work experience who possess official qualifications recognized as equivalent to practice.
  • Duration: 6 months to 2 years, with two extensions of not less than 6 months. The schedule can be full or part-time.
  • Salary: Not less than 60% or 75% during the first or second year, respectively.

b) Contract for Training:

  • Goal: Acquisition of theoretical and practical training necessary to perform a job. This contract may be concluded with persons aged 16 years up to 21.
  • Duration: 6 months to 2 years, but in no case greater than 3 years.
  • Compensation: Will be fixed in the collective agreement but may be less than the minimum wage.

* Collective Agreements Where Age Limits Are Not Applied:

  • Disabled individuals.
  • Foreigners unemployed for the first two years of validity of their work permit.
  • Unemployed individuals carrying more than two years without work activity.
  • Those in social exclusion.
  • Those who join school workshop programs.
