Mental health is something very important to which we give too little importance. The pandemic has increased mental illness exponentially.

The pandemic has been very hard for everyone, and as a result of this and other situations like stress or work pressure, there are more people with mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety. It is therefore very important to ask for help, normalize the situation, and go to a psychologist. There should also be a change at the legislative level, as many people cannot afford to pay a psychologist and therefore are not treated.

Going to a psychologist should be a right, not a privilege.

The current situation of our planet is truly worrying. This situation worsens every day, and many citizens and politicians do nothing to prevent it.

In our seas, there are more and more plastics and waste that end up being ingested by fish. Natural areas such as mountains and rivers are becoming more polluted every day. Pollution is caused by human activities such as tobacco and chemical industries. In order to end this situation, we have to look for solutions through individual choices like recycling and using public transport to help the planet. If we don’t act now, it will be too late.

Taking care of the planet we live on is very important, and we should act now.

Nowadays, most people use social networks. Some of them include Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

On social networks, users show their day-to-day life, their holidays, or who they are spending time with. This can create a huge addiction, which is a problem that many young people are starting to face. Social networks destroy privacy, and in most cases, these applications portray a fictitious life where everything is perfect. Instead of bringing us into contact with the world, they often isolate us from it. Social networks allow us to stay informed or meet different people from various countries. The solution would be to learn how to use social networks properly through courses or talks.

If we use social networks correctly, they can become a tool to help rather than a threat.
