Society: Experts Confirm Historic UFO Moment

Experts assert that we are in "a historic moment of the UFO phenomenon."

Robert Dean, former U.S. Army Sergeant Major and UFO researcher, is one of a thousand experts on extraterrestrial presence who gathered this weekend in Sitges for the European Summit of Exopolitics. Pepón Jover, director of Exopolitics Spain, stated, "We are living a historic moment, if we consider the avalanche of unprecedented UFO file disclosures by authorities in Canada, Denmark, France, Britain, Ireland, or Brazil."

He added, "Astronauts like Edgar Mitchell and cosmonaut Marina Popovich of the Russian Space Agency have declared that contacts with extraterrestrial civilizations have been hidden from us. The question is not whether we are alone, but how we can help improve our society through contact with beings from other planets," he said.

We Have Evidence

Alfred L. Webre, director of the Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS) and former advisor to Jimmy Carter, has no doubts. "We already have evidence of the existence of other beings," he asserts. "For example," he explains, "in the NASA photos taken on the last trip to Mars, humanoids, different species of animals, and water can be seen on the surface of Mars."

Specific Photographic Evidence

Specifically: "If someone examines photograph PIA10.2.14., when enlarged, humanoids and different species living on Mars will be visible at one end," says the man who was director of a UFO project sponsored by the White House.

Webre also ensures that "we have witness evidence from 1971 of a meeting at a U.S. military base, in the company of a CIA operative, with three astronauts from the Martian civilization that lives beneath the surface of Mars."

Additional Alleged Evidence Presented

Klaus Dona, researcher of foreign objects and unknown cultures, presented other alleged evidence during the congress:

• Pieces of ankle bones belonging to a giant humanoid seven feet high, found in Ecuador.
• A stone with an unknown writing, which he claims has been found with the same inscriptions in diverse locations such as Colombia, Ecuador, the United States, France, Turkmenistan, and Australia.

"This means that there is a world language or a global connection that has existed for a long time," Dona concluded.
