16 oz Cooler Glass

• 1.5 oz Deep Eddy Vodka
• 3/4 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
• 1.5 oz Fresh Sour
• 3/4 oz Strawberry Purée
• 3/4 oz Sprite

• Lemon wedge

• Measure and pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, except the Sprite.
• Fill the tin with 1.5 scoops of ice.
• Pour the mixing glass into the tin and seal.
• Shake 25 times.
• Pour into a cooler glass with ice.
• Top with Sprite and add a lemon wedge.

Margarita / Martini Glass

• 1.5 oz Espolon Reposado Tequila
• 3/4 oz Citronge Extra Fine Orange Liqueur
• 3/4 oz Gran Gala Orange Liqueur
• 3 oz Sweet & Sour
• 1 lime wedge
• 1 orange wedge

• Orange wedge
• 1/2 rim salt

• Rim half of the glass with salt and fill with ice.
• Measure and pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
• Squeeze and drop the lime and orange wedges into the mixing glass.
• Fill the tin with 1.5 scoops of ice.
• Pour the mixing glass into the tin and seal.
• Shake 25 times.
• Strain into an ice-filled martini glass.
• Garnish with an orange wedge.

Pres Shaker and Pres Glass

• 5 1/4 oz Presidente Rocks Batch
• 1 lime wedge

• Lime wedge
• 1/2 rim salt
• Sip straw

• Rim half of the glass with salt and garnish with a lime wedge and sip straw.
• Pour Pres Batch to the measuring glass fill line and add to the Pres shaker.
• Fill the glass and shaker with ice.
• Leave for runners/servers.

• 1 1/4 oz Lunazul Reposado Tequila
• 1/2 oz E&J Brandy
• 1/2 oz Citronge Extra Fine Orange Liqueur

16 oz Cooler Glass

• 10 oz Modelo Especial
• 2 oz Bloody Mary Mix
• 1/2 oz lime juice

• Lime wedge
• Cajun seasoning 1/2 rim

• Rim half the glass with Cajun seasoning.
• Fill the cooler 3/4 of the way with draft Modelo Especial.
• Measure and pour lime juice and Bloody Mary mix into the cooler.
• Stir together.
• Top with ice to fill.
• Garnish with a lime wedge.

16 oz Cooler

• 12 oz Modelo Especial (draft beer)
• 4 oz Frozen Classic Margarita

• Lime wedge

• Fill the cooler glass 3/4 full with Modelo Especial draft beer.
• Top with frozen classic margarita directly from the rita machine.
• Slightly stir the frozen rita to form an iceberg.
• Garnish with a lime wedge.

• Salt rim
• Lime wedge

• Rim half the pint glass with salt.
• Fill with Modelo Especial draft beer.

Martini Glass

• 1.5 oz Sauza Hornitos Reposado Tequila
• 3/4 oz DeKuyper Melon Dew
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 3 oz Sweet & Sour
• 1/2 oz top with grenadine

• Lime wedge

• Measure and pour ingredients 1–4 into a mixing glass.
• Fill the mixing tin with 1.5 scoops of ice.
• Pour the mixing glass into the tin and seal.
• Shake 25 times.
• Strain into an ice-filled martini glass.
• Top with grenadine.

• 1.5 oz Malibu Coconut
• 1 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
• 2 oz Fresh Sour
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz grenadine

• Cherry
• Lime wedge

• Measure and pour ingredients 1–4 into a mixing glass.
• Fill the tin with 1.5 scoops of ice.
• Pour the mixing glass into the tin and seal.
• Shake 25 times.
• Strain into a cooler glass.
• Sink 1/2 oz grenadine.
• Garnish with a floating cherry and a lime wedge on the rim.

Rocks Glass

• 1.5 oz Patrón Reposado Tequila
• 1/4 oz splash of lime juice
• Top with soda water

• Citrus sugar rim
• Lime wedge

• Citrus rim the side of the glass and fill with ice.
• Measure and pour tequila and lime juice into the rocks glass.
• Top with soda water.
• Stir, avoiding the citrus rimmer.
• Garnish with a lime wedge.

Rocks Glass

• 1/4 oz splash of simple syrup
• 2 oz Maker's Mark
• 2 dashes (bitters)

• 2" ice cube
• Orange wedge
• Cherry

• Measure and pour ingredients into a mixing glass.
• Squeeze the orange wedge into the mixing glass.
• Stir contents together using a stirrer.
• Place the ice cube into a rocks glass.
• Pour ingredients over the ice cube.
• Garnish with a cherry.

• 1/2 oz Bombay Gin
• 1/2 oz Svedka
• 1/2 oz Bacardi Rum
• 1/2 oz El Jimador Blanco Tequila

• Rim half of the glass with char seasoning and fill with ice.
• Measure and pour all ingredients into the cooler glass.
• Garnish with 3 pickles, a celery stalk, and an olive in order.
• Add a lime and lemon to the rim of the glass.

• 5 oz Major Peters The Works Bloody Mary Mix
