Spring Break Adventures and Reflections

My last holidays were my longest and most memorable. I enjoyed them immensely with my friends and family, and I met new people too, as I visited three different places from mid-March to the end of March.

Valencia: The Loud Spectacle of Las Fallas

The first place I visited was Valencia, Spain. I was invited by a good friend who owns a house there. I went with some friends, and we spent three days watching Las Fallas. It was incredibly loud, but also very nice and culturally rich. I met many people and would certainly like to return next year.

Magical Days at Disneyland Paris

Next, I traveled to Paris with my parents and my brother. Specifically, we went to Disneyland Paris. We stayed there for four unforgettable days. When I saw the park, I felt like a child again; I absolutely loved that feeling of pure joy and wonder.

Relaxation in Punta Cana

Finally, we traveled to Punta Cana. My parents sought a truly relaxing time, and we spent five days enjoying the beach. We didn't visit any specific sites; we were there purely to rest and recharge. After those days, we came back home, and, unfortunately, we had to start our routines again.

Hi George,

How are you doing? Do you remember the last time we saw each other? It's been such a long time, and I was thinking it would be great if we could reconnect soon.

I'm thrilled to tell you that I have finished my exams and now I have free time to visit you in your city, London. I've wanted to go to London for a long time; I think that it is the most beautiful city in the world, and now that you live there, I would really like to come and see you so you can show me around.

I'm thinking about going to London in April for a week. Could I stay at your house for the week?

Please, let me know what you think about my trip and drop me a line as soon as you can. I hope to see you soon.

All the best,

Markus

Hypothetical: Winning the Lottery and Life Changes

What would I do if I won the lottery? I would:

  • Travel to many places.
  • Buy a lot of things.
  • Help my family pay for their house and car.

I would go to London, Paris, and New York with my family and some friends. I would visit the most elegant places and buy elegant clothes at expensive shops.

My life would change a lot, but I would strive to remain the same person. I realize that some people might pretend to be my friends, but only out of self-interest. I would also help people in need by providing essential things, such as food and clothes.

In conclusion, if I won the lottery, I would be very happy; it would truly be the best present in my life.
