Homelessness
-homelessness: We currently live in a world where politicians are corrupt, where women do not charge the same as men and where millions of families are taken from their homes for not being able to pay them, that is, we live in an unjust and cruel world and for that reason, In my opinion, we should try to change it.
For start,he problem presented by this image is a social-economic problem. Perhaps, the man is in the street without a home because he does not have a job and because of that, he can not pay for a house and food and for this reason, he asks for money This lack of money may be due to a crisis, how Spain suffered in 2008.
Secondly, the homeless are people who have nothing and for that reason, we should help them, because if nobody helps them, they will never change their lives. In conclusion, If I had money, I would give them some money for food and help them find a job.___Isn’t it nice to have a nice warm bed, food to eat at any time, clean clothes, and a home? Every night in the United States, more than 600,000 people experience homelessness. About half of that population is individuals…..You can help. Homeless shelters are always looking for donations. You can donate barely used jackets, sweaters, shoes, boots, pants, hats, non-perishable food items, or anything that your local shelter will take. If you help, it will lower the amount of people experiencing homelessness.
Work Discrimination
-Work discrimination We currently live in a world where politicians are corrupt, where women do not charge the same as men and where millions of families are taken from their homes for not being able to pay them, that is, we live in an unjust and cruel world and for that reason, In my opinion, we should try to change it.
For start, the issue that we can see in this picture is work discrimination. Since the begining of time, women have been treated as inferior human beings. In the early years they were considered as mere objects, that their only utility was to raise the children and to do all the house keeping, while the man was working, or having a social life. Not a long ago, women couldn’t vote, and they couldn’t be independent, they were always depending on a men, either their father, brother, husband….The situation is getting better, but we still have a lot to do and to fight for. For starters, women’s salaries ar lower than men, just because of the fact that they are women, not because they are less efficient, these needs to change. Secondly, it is shameful to see that situations like this are still present in our society, it is unfair and outrageous for women. In conclusion, If I was an important member of the goverment I would pass a law that could woman report to the justice, their situation at work dicrimination, so that the punishment would be to fire the fellow worker or even the boss, it wouldn’t matter his position.____Discrimination in the workplace occurs when an employee experiences harsh or unfair treatment due to their race, religion, national origin, disabled or veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics. Discrimination is one of the biggest problems people face in the workplace and it must be dealt with forcefully.
There are different ways of discrimination that occur very often in the workplace. One way of expressing discrimination is denying one a job because of his/her race or gender, or treating others unfairly because of his/her race or gender.
