Article 1Y 4: Scope and Purpose

This article aims to regulate school life and define actions for its improvement. It mandates the creation of a school life observatory, specific to Castilla la Mancha in this case. All public and private-arranged non-university institutions must establish a general framework.

The plan emphasizes respect for human rights and democratic civic culture within the community.

Article 2: General Principles
