Nowadays, our society is considered to be far more open-minded than our ancestors. However, there are still some issues like prejudices. For instance, it is generally agreed that friendly-looking people get job easier than a scruffy-looking person. But, is physical appearance important to get a job?does our physical appearance have a real impact in situations like be chosen for a job that? // On the one hand, Everyone has heard the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover”. Nevertheless, I really consider I’m certain almost everyone the whole world has done it in some extent. What I want to mean is that a person who has piercings all over his face or visible tattoos on his body may horrify givegiving a problematic image at the time of finding certain jobs,whereas,. Likewise, a professional-looking person is thought to be more suitable than a shabby-looking one. // These are prejudices that can be easily changed by smarten up, accompany with a well-hairstyle, wonderful manicure or clean-shaven, or even by hiding tattoos and piercings, for example, with an ankle-length clothing,to enhance the appearance. However, there are other important prejudices such as dark-skinned people, whom might not be given the work due to racist reasons. // Overall, although we should not judge people without knowing them, I consider appearance the first impression, so I wish we could beautify ourselves to have a better impact on our professional career.
