I am writing to apply for the position of Fitness Instructor, as advertised on the InfoJobs website. This is a perfect role for me; it is attractive work, and my experience and motivation are the perfect complement.

My work experience at iFitness improved my leadership skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment. I have fluent spoken and written English. I also have fluent spoken and written German and can therefore work in Hamburg. Currently, I am studying Sports and Personal Training at the University of Las Palmas, graduating in 2016. Relevant subjects I am studying include High-Intensity Training and Personal Training for football players.

Dear Mum and Dad,

Hi! Thanks for your letter, which I received a couple of days ago. Sorry I have taken so long to answer, but as you can imagine, I have been very busy.

Anyway, I think I have sorted out the little problems I was having when I arrived. The family I am staying with is really good and looks after me. She provides good food, and I am getting fat!

Lessons at the college are fine. We have good teachers, and I understand what they say. My English is improving! I have also made a couple of friends from different countries. I practice my English with them, and sometimes we go to pubs. We are going to the British Museum tomorrow. I will tell you more in my next letter.
