Physical Evidence in the 1st and 3rd Evaluation

Resistance

In the first evaluation, I achieved a mark of 8 periods, which was exceeded in the third assessment, reaching 10.5 periods. I believe this improvement is due to my increased physical activity during the course of this year. I usually ride a bike every afternoon I can, and I think that's one reason why I have increased my level of resistance. The test conducted to measure our endurance was a series of periods, which were measured by sounding beeps.

Abdominals

On this test, which involves performing as many sit-ups as possible in a minimal amount of time, I cannot say much because I don't even remember my mark on the first evaluation (17 abdominals). I do not show that I had registered it as a fact. In the third evaluation, because I suffered a neck contracture, I could not perform the test.

Arms

In this test, we had to do as many push-ups as possible in a limited time. In the first evaluation, I achieved a record of 12 push-ups, while in the third evaluation, as in the abdominal test, I could not be evaluated because of my physical injury. Without a doubt, I think I would have improved if I could have done the testing, as during this period between the first and third assessments, I also think I improved my arm strength.

Legs

This test involved performing a long jump with feet together and landing correctly. My mark the first time I conducted this activity was 1.95 cm, which I think I could have easily surpassed. The second time I did the long jump was in the third evaluation, and I surpassed the record I held previously by achieving a record of 2.1 cm. I have no complaints about this distance, although I recognize that it took me a lot of effort since I had multiple jumps canceled for not landing properly.

Flexibility

This test involved dragging a pen and holding it for two seconds on a tape measure, supported by a "wooden box." You had to place your feet straight upright and keep your legs straight. In the first evaluation, I reached 24 centimeters, while in the third assessment, my mark worsened, and I only reached 19 inches. Although I've never been too flexible, I don't understand why I got such a low mark in the latest review. It may be due to a shortening of the hamstrings during this time, or that I did not stretch the muscle properly before the test.
