6 º Terminal Operator

The 6th terminal operator is the most difficult to handle due to the variety of services offered, traffic channels, and call distribution. It has a greater number of function keys, other terminal extensions, and a large display that takes advantage of the exchange. It came with the PBX to manage the exchange well and has a higher cost than any other type of terminal. It did not exist in KTS systems.

  • Eight proprietary extension ports.

Through expansion units:

Units options:

  • Intercom door.
  • Puerto V-24 (serial printer or PC).
  • Relay to control external functions.

The system synchronization is done through a local clock signal controlled by the public.

8 º Installation private telephone systems

There are two specific stages in the redesign of the facility:

  • Customer specifies the position of the central unit, checking for an electrical outlet nearby.
  • Make the layout of the facility and supplying the material.

Customer will be given the proposal of the facility, which will include:

  • Value of materials.
  • Financial bid, including materials and labor.
  • Basic plans for the location of terminals, pipelines, and records of the allocation of pairs of each cable and terminal.

Mounting system:

  • Set the frame of the central unit.
  • Insert the modules that come mounted in supply and check that your setting is correct.

Installation and Wiring:

  • Gutter installation if required.
  • Cut cables as measured.
  • Begin laying, maceando cables with a common path, to be introduced by the pipeline.
  • Connecting the equipment of those specific cables.
  • Set the connection terminals (rosettes) not less than 20 inches from the floor if on the wall.
  • Wiring connecting the terminals using the same code that the team uses.

Final checks: will connect the central unit to the mains, check voltage and port connections and programming.
