Monday 21st July 2003 at 10:45 am - Chloe fell over while running around the playroom. She tripped over a toy and cut her bottom lip with her teeth. It bled for about 5 minutes. Some swelling. Bleeding was controlled by compression. Parents informed that evening.

Michael

Thursday 10th July 2003 at 6:35 pm - Michael's dad collected him at 6:35 pm after his mum failed to turn up at 6 pm. His dad said that he may withdraw Michael from the nursery as the nursery is inflexible with collection times. Nursery manager informed.
