Memorable Moments
A Horrible Day
Once upon a time, I was shopping for clothes and shoes for my collection. Many workers were fixing toilets in the women's restroom. I was hungry, and I saw people selling tacos on the corner. "Oh, today is my lucky day!" I thought. Excitedly, I went to eat tacos, unaware of what was about to happen. After finishing five tacos, I felt a terrible stomachache and urgently needed a restroom. I returned to the store, only to remember the restroom was out of order. Desperate, I sat on the floor, trying to think of a solution, but nothing came to mind. I left the store, found a bus, and went home. Feeling relieved, I vowed never to eat street tacos again.
Next Summer
Next summer, I plan to travel to Rome with my family. This has been a dream of mine for years, but it wasn't possible before. First, I couldn't afford it. Then, my children were too young to travel. Finally, this year seems perfect. I'm looking forward to seeing the Roman Forum, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican. I want to savor Italian food and wander the streets, observing the city's vibrant life.
Other Plans
I don't have plans for winter break because I have English exams. However, I've been planning my next summer holiday. I used to spend summers at my grandmother's beach house, but she now lives in the city near me. I'm considering renting a small, comfortable apartment with friends next summer, possibly in Córdoba. I'd love to visit Uritorco Hill; I've heard many fascinating stories about it. My friend Rocío, who visited Córdoba as a child, is excited about returning. She believes we'll have a wonderful time, no matter what we do.
My Life
I was born in Pontevedra in 2000. When I was young, we lived in Dorrón. We later moved, and I've lived in Lugo for fourteen years. My earliest memory is vivid: playing on the beach in Sanxenxo, searching for seashells. I also remember my first day of primary school. My teacher's name was Mrs. López. Everyone was crying, but I didn't cry in the first class. I've changed since I was young. I'm more sociable now, and my hair is a different color! When I finish secondary school, I want to become a singer. And before I get old, I dream of going on a safari.
