All of us have read at least one book of English origin that has significantly impacted literary history. English literature, in particular, offers a rich tapestry of expression. It employs diverse literary forms that imbue texts with richness and depth. For those who love reading and writing, it stands as a paramount subject, and for me, the most captivating within English Studies. English literature provides profound insights into the history and culture of various nations. Moreover, literature often serves as a testament to personal experiences and a vital historical legacy.

Cultivating a Lifelong Passion

My fascination with literature began in high school during Spanish literature classes, where I encountered numerous books deeply influenced by Spanish history. This quickly evolved into an uncontrollable passion, leading me to embrace English, its history, and its literature as a central part of my life. I dedicated my spare time to reading English and American literature and history. Furthermore, my profound interest in the English language prompted me to apply for a position at High School English, an academy where I had been a student since the age of six.

From Student to Educator: Three Years of Teaching

For three years, I have been teaching English vocabulary and grammar to five-year-old children who are beginning to speak the language proficiently. While initially challenging, this role has solidified my desire for further growth. I am now eager to share the comprehensive knowledge I gained during my English Studies degree, encompassing grammar, history, and literature, with a broader audience.

Beyond Academics: Hobbies and Holistic Growth

Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I find enjoyment in music and cinema. I believe that engaging in hobbies is crucial for mental relaxation, fostering an open and receptive mind essential for continuous learning.

My aspiration is to transform this passion into a specialization by pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Alicante or another esteemed institution, either in Spain or internationally.
