At the end of the film, Sebastian is able to own his own jazz club, while Mia is living in Paris and starting her acting career. While both of them are making their dreams come true, Mia and Sebastian are following different ways in their lives. When Mia returns to LA, now married to someone we don't know, she and her husband went to Seb’s (Sebastian’s jazz club), where Sebastian is playing. Mia smiles at Sebastian, while contemplating what their life together could have been like. Mia leaves the club, but sharing one last look with Sebastian. Personally, I liked the final, but I would have done different, because all the film talks about the romance of Sebastian and Mia and at the end we can see that Mia is married with another boy, and I think that would have been better if Mia got married to Sebastian.

One of my favorite moments of the film was in the end, when Mia and her new husband (that we don’t know who is) went to Sebastian’s Jazz Club. Mia, when she saw Sebastian playing the piano at Seb’s, was surprised and amazed, he couldn't believe it. Now, comes my favorite moment, the dream sequence. In that moment that Mia was amazed, imagine the life that she is living with her new husband but with Sebastian. I think this a really good scene, because there are other fantastic moments during the film, and it demonstrates that Mia misses her relationship with Sebastian and she continues loving him. Another scene that I love is the first, when we see people dancing in the top of their cars. This scene doesn't explain anything in the story, but I love the song and the choreography. I think it’s the best way to start the film.

I’m always gonna love you. Initially the movie makes people think that this will be the classic romance between the characters, where in the end, both of them make their dreams come true but living happily. Mia and Sebastian very much still love one another, but they decide to go their separate ways, and this quote from Mia is one that will have audiences fighting back the tears as they are forced to accept this relationship isn’t going to pan out. People love what other people are passionate about. The passions of both characters are so clear, Sebastian wants to open a jazz club, and Mia wants to become an actress. Mia tells him that people enjoy the club and it would be successful because people tend to appreciate people sharing their genuine passions.

Follow your dreams, even if it costs a lot, even if it is very difficult to achieve, even if everything around you are impediments… It is very important to not give up on your dreams and if we don't achieve that thing that you wanted, I'm sure that you will learn something from life. If you follow your dreams and then you achieve them, you will be eternally grateful for having been fighting. Your partner should be you biggest cheerleader, both protagonists in the film are always chasing their dreams. If you don’t have a friend or a partner who holds you accountable to your dreams, sings your praises, shares your work, or understands your vision… What exactly are you doing? It is so important to have someone that is giving support to you to achieve your dream, if not probably i think that you would give up before you achieve anything. You may not end up with the love of your life. Maybe that person was meant to show up in your life in a specific place or time to teach you something you will never forget. Probably when we think that one person is the love of our life and in the end it is not, we turn down but If life has separated us, it is for something, and it is so that you continue looking for our better half.
