Josep Maria Bonet and the Audiovisual World

Josep Maria Bonet is a playwright, screenwriter, and one of the most decisive contemporary dramatic fiction writers in Catalonia. His early works are realistic and express audiovisual conflicts. Later, he incorporates universal problems using theatrical techniques of estrangement. He has written works such as the trilogy of "Drudània" and "Berenàveu in the dark," which are realistic in nature, and works of great complexity and richness of language such as "The Disappearance of Wendy," showing the myth of Peter Pan, and "Revolt of Witches." He has also successfully cultivated youth and children's theater. Bonet has continued to run and produce representative plays. Since the appearance of Catalonia television, his production in the world of fiction has combined writing plays and scripts for weekday TV with a large audience on TV3 and TVE.

Joan Francesc Mira's Reflections

Joan Francesc Mira is one of the most important Valencian essayists and intellectuals of our time. He is the author of numerous studies and investigations of an essayistic character about anthropology, sociology, and sociopolitical ethnography. His writings include "Critique of Pure Nation," a criticism that disassembles a series of topics on the concept of nationalism and nation. He has also reflected on our society in other books such as "Culture, Language, Nations" and "About Heroes and Tribes." He has also made contributions to media outlets such as El Pais. In 1999, the Ministry awarded him the prize for the best Valencian book of 1999.

Joan Fuster's Impact and Era
