Creating jobs. Professionals and job profiles. The job profiles: they are documents which define the duties, responsibilities, physical and environmental characteristics, occupational skills required and other specifications that define very clearly the types and conditions of each of the jobs in the company.

Selection Policy
Selection policy. Selection involves conducting a series of tests for applicants and aims to find the right person to fill a particular job. You can make two types of selection:
- § Custom.
- § Collective.
Recruitment
Recruitment: all actions aimed at communicating to prospective applicants the vacancy you want to cover, in order that they may submit to the procedures for selecting candidates.
Methods of Recruitment
Methods of recruitment:
- § Internal: is done in-house and has the following characteristics: it is cheap, it is a motivator, there are fewer candidates and inbreeding problems may occur in people and ideas.
- § External: try to look outside the company for the right people to fill the vacancy. It has the following features: it is more expensive, it yields a higher number of candidates, it can discourage internal workers themselves, often initially offers increased profitability a priori compared to a worker from inside the company, the candidate is initially unknown, and the candidate can provide new ideas to the company.
Decision-Making Process
One of the most important tasks of the different people working in the company is to make decisions to plan the different tasks that are needed and to solve problems as they arise. The decision-making process has the following phases:
- - Search for information: based on the search for information on the issue that needs solving.
- - Analysis of information: determine if you have enough information and if it is valid.
- - Choice of solution: select the best available option to resolve the issue.
Models of Business Organization

The business organization may be:
- § Formal: is one that has rules and clearly defined roles for each group.

Single management organization. It is the most appropriate organizational form for small businesses. The main forms presented are:
- "Hierarchical Organization: a pyramid of authority."
- "Functional Organization: specializes in departments and functions."
- "Mixed Organization: takes elements from the two previous."
Multiple Management Organization
Multiple management organization. C. Organizational: is a diagram representative of some organization or task. It represents the structure of the company with its different areas, sections, etc.
