PROFORMA INVOICE
It is a document provided by the seller to the buyer, containing most of the necessary information about an international operation.
If the buyer accepts, it is understood that the buyer accepts and confirms the information indicated on it.

CUSTOMS INVOICE
Extended form of commercial invoice required by customs (often in a specified format) on which the exporter indicates the description, quantity, selling price, freight, insurance and packing costs, terms of delivery and payment, weight and/or volume of the goods for the purpose of determining items customs value.
It is a document issued by the seller and required by some importers, must be properly completed and sent together with the exported goods.

PACKING LIST
Document which details the specific contents of each package, contained in a delivery.
It is similar to, but does not replace, the Commercial Invoice. It is used by customs to assess duties and fees.
CONSULAR INVOICE
A document certifying a shipment of goods and shows information such as the consignor, consignee, and value of the shipment.
A consular invoice can be obtained through a consular representative of the country where you are shipping to.
The consular invoice is required by some countries to facilitate customs taxes collection.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
International trade document confirming that the goods in a particular shipment have been fully obtained, produced, manufactured, or processed in a particular country.
Two types of CO:
Preferential CO:
- Issued to cover eligible exports for preferential tariff exemption or reduction under free trade agreements (FTA).
Non-preferential CO:
- Issued for goods which do not enjoy preferential treatment.
