Have you noticed how many people in recent years are unhappy due to excess weight? This has become a serious health problem for many young people who, due to strict diets, are actually suffering from diseases such as bulimia.

Our society is influenced by fashion that pushes us to consume not only mobile phones but also fast food. To be beautiful and feel good, you have to go to the gym, go swimming, go running, and, above all, be thin. All these activities, if not accompanied by the required hours of rest and a balanced diet, will just take their toll. Our country is known for its Mediterranean diet, which means eating vegetables, fruit, fish, and olive oil. Especially, our traditional cuisine brings to our body everything you need to feel energetic and healthy.

I believe that maintaining a varied and balanced diet prevents many doctor visits and, most importantly, it helps us grow and age healthily.

New Technology

New technologies have changed my life, especially in my work area. Today, I can increase my sales by investing less time and money.

When I was younger, I had to communicate with my customers over the phone. This made me feel like a prisoner in my office. On the other hand, telephone bills were high for me because I had to hold long conversations with foreign countries.

Samples of my products had to be mailed, so the process was slow and inefficient. Now, through the internet, I can communicate quickly, talk to my clients by video conference, and the cost of all communications falls into one bill, quite affordable for my company.

My experience with new technologies has been very positive. It has given me freedom, improved my company, and allowed me to keep in contact not only with clients but also with my family when I am on a business trip abroad.
