I enjoy lifting weights in the gym, and I also like practicing aerobics.

I have always been active in sports and require a routine of exercise every day, or at least five days a week. My primary fitness goal is consistent weight loss.

Facility Assessment

• I feel really happy here; I love sports.
• The gym facilities are amazing and very new.
• The pool is great; it's awesome!
• The staff are very friendly and highly professional.

Urgent Concern: Pool Closure

I do not understand why the pool is closed. Why have they closed the pool? This is confusing, especially since the fitness club is very new, having opened just six months ago!

I wanted to tell you the latest news about the gym. Next month, the price will increase by 15%. This is unfair, because all members already pay enough, and the current price is certainly not cheap.

Furthermore, on Wednesdays, they close starting at 4:00 p.m. for maintenance. We are essentially losing one day of access while the price goes up.

I propose the following solutions to maintain current pricing and address operational costs:

• Implement measures to make the gym more environmentally efficient.
• Reduce the daily operating schedule by one hour (opening or closing).
• Hire a more cost-effective company for maintenance services.

Implementing these measures would negate the need for a price hike and ensure client satisfaction. We also request an increase in the quality of customer care.
