Dear Sir o Madam,
Through this letter I want to Present my complaint since on January 30, 2018 I went to the restaurant of the La Gavina hotel, for dinner. However, our food took about an hour and a half to Be ready, and when they arrived at our table it was totally cold. When asking The waiter to warm them up a bit, he was annoyed and very reluctantly fulfilled What was asked of him.
I have been a regular customer of This hotel restaurant and have always considered that both the food and the Service are of high quality.
I decided to write this letter to Let you know my discontent, hoping that measures will be taken and that a Situation like this does not happen again.
