A Personal Update

Dear Uncle Joaquin,

Thank you very much for sending me the FIFA 20 for my birthday. It’s amazing; you remembered it's my favorite game!

I had an extraordinary day. My family has been congratulating me all day. Then I went with my cousins to play football. In the evening, I opened my parents' present – it was a ball from the Champions League! And in the afternoon, I went to the shopping center to buy a lot of clothes.

I’m looking forward to seeing you at the weekend.

Love,

Carlos

Football Team Analysis

In my review, I compared three prominent football teams: Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich. All three play very well in both attacking and defending.

Real Madrid: Young Talent and Dominance

Real Madrid is a dominant team with many young, promising players. It's truly enjoyable to watch them play.

Bayern Munich: Strategic Acquisitions

Bayern Munich is a team that often acquires players from other major teams, such as Coutinho, James Rodríguez, etc. In my opinion, they are the weakest of these three teams because they don't primarily develop national players and often buy from other German teams.

Liverpool: Investment and Unique Style

Liverpool is another team where you can find five of the best players, often acquired through significant investment, as their youth development seems less robust. They also have a somewhat unconventional playing style.

Conclusion: Real Madrid's Superiority

In my opinion, Real Madrid is a strong team because they effectively blend very good young players with experienced veterans, a balance that the other teams do not consistently achieve. In conclusion, I believe Real Madrid is the best team for the reasons I've stated.

Understanding Greenhouse Gases and Climate Action

A greenhouse gas (GHG) is an atmospheric gas that absorbs and emits radiation. This process is the fundamental cause of the greenhouse effect. The main gases in the Earth's atmosphere include water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen oxide, and ozone. Due to the challenges posed by these gases, we must take action. What can we do?

Practical Steps for Environmental Responsibility

  • Choose Energy-Efficient Electronics: When you buy electronic products, such as a computer or a new TV, make sure they are energy efficient. This is often indicated in most countries.
  • Insulate Your Home: The loss of heat through windows and exterior doors can increase your heating expenditure by up to 20%, with a consequent increase in electricity consumption and, therefore, in the emission of gases that cause the greenhouse effect.
  • Recycle Diligently: Recycle everything you can. Separate garbage according to each type and try to reuse clothing or shoes. If any machine or electronic device breaks down, take it to a designated recycling center to be treated correctly.
