DAT – Delivered At Terminal:

DAP – Delivered At Place:
• The seller delivers the goods when they are placed at the disposal of
The buyer on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at
The named place of destination, at this moment the risk of loss or
Damage to the goods passes from the seller to the buyer
• Parties are advised to specify as clearly as possible the point within
The agreed place of destination, because risks transfer at this point
From seller to buyer.
• Proof of delivery: Transport documents.
DDP – Delivered Duty Paid:
• The seller delivers when the goods are placed at the disposal of the
Buyer, cleared for import customs on the arriving means of
Transport ready for unloading at the agreed point of destination. At
This moment the risks will be transferred from the seller to the
Buyer.
• The seller will be obligated to clear goods from customs in origin
And at destination.
• The seller bears all the costs and risks involved on bringing the
Goods to the place of destination.

• The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes from the seller to the
Buyer when the goods arrive to the agreed point of destination.
• The delivery place will be located at any place in the country of
Destination.
• The seller will indicate the delivery date to the buyer.
• Proof of delivery: Transport document.
