Present Simple

Usage: regular habits and routines, general truths or scientific facts, y gustos, opiniones y sentimientos.

Present Continuous

Form: TO BE + VERB + -ING

Usage: an action that is happening at the moment of speaking, definite plans for the near future, temporary actions, with the adverb always to express a complaint.

Present Perfect

Form: Have/has + past participle (regular or irregular): We have lived...

Usage: To talk about actions that started in the past and continue to the present, to talk about experiences.
