Lost Luggage
A: Hello? Is anybody there?
B: Yes, hello. You are talking to Customer Service of the Washington Central Airport. How can we help you?
A: I wish you could. Last Saturday, I came back from Paris on the United Airlines flight at 11:00 PM. Upon arrival, I looked for my luggage, but I never saw it again. What did you do with my suitcase? Did you lose it or something else?
B: Sir, calm down. We didn't lose your luggage. The suitcase could be on the next flight. Wait until then, and if the suitcase doesn't appear, we will talk to the crew.
A: Okay, but I need that suitcase right now. I had the ticket for my next flight in there, and that flight is in 20 minutes.
B: We are so sorry. Okay, we will print the ticket again and we will refund the entire price.
A: Thank you. And what happens with my suitcase?
B: We will send it wherever you want.
A: Okay, send it to Luggertown No. 2.
B: Okay, have a nice flight and sorry for the inconvenience.
Online Shopping Problem
Yesterday, my order from Amazon arrived. A few weeks ago, I ordered a new mobile phone, the new iPhone 12.
I was amazed. I never had an iPhone before, but what was my surprise? There wasn't any iPhone! In the box, there was only a picture, a simple photo of that iPhone. I called the company immediately, but they didn't answer me. When I tried to look for the webpage or the advertisement, I saw that someone deleted it. I talked to Amazon a few hours later, and they refunded me the money, but I have to spend it on an Amazon product. I expect that this order won't be another fake.
Hotel Reservation
A: Hello, good morning.
B: Good morning. How can I help you?
A: I want to book a room for the next five days, from July 23rd to 28th.
B: Yes, of course. But we only have two rooms for those days: one suite and one double room.
A: The double room is okay. Can we bring the dog?
B: Yes, of course. Five days and nights, from the 23rd to the 28th of July, for two people and a dog. Is this correct?
A: Yes, everything is alright. How much does it cost?
B: Five days... double room... a pet... it's 550 euros. Will you pay in cash or by credit card?
A: Credit card. Can I pay at my arrival?
B: Yes. Have a nice day.
A: Have a nice day, you too.
Hiring a Car

B: Of course. What kind of car do you need?
A: I need a family car for 5 people.
B: I have a Mercedes with 6 seats and a very big trunk.
A: How much does it cost?
B: $300
A: Fine for me. I will pay it right now. Thank you.
B: You're welcome.
