UN: United Nations are an international organization with hq in NYC, formed to promote international peace, security and cooperation under the terms of the charter signed by 51 founding countries in San Francisco, 1945.
PNUD=UNDP: United Nations Development Programme. It’s the UN’S global development network. HQ in NYC. It advocates for change and connects countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. It provides expert advice, training and support to developing countries.
PPPs): It’s a cooperative arrangement between two or more public and private sectors, typically of a long-term nature. Private companies have the opportunity to invest in environmental infrastructure projects. This may include construction of bicycle roads or new renewable energy facilities. In Spain the unemployment is the biggest now in the history (26%), and now the Spanish development cooperation (public and private) is advancing towards an action model based on cooperation between participants from various sectors of society. - For Spain to join needed to create a favorable environment, which raises awareness and understanding in Spanish society towards more than two-third of global population that suffers from poverty and other problems. - Also they should define their content for a partnership - A budget should be established and target should be defined
NEST: As part of the EAGLEs proposal, the EAGLEs’ Nest is a second set of countries with expected Incremental GDP in the next decade to be lower than the average of the G6 economies (G7excluding the U.S.) but higher than Italy’s (G6 Minimum), the country which is anticipated to contribute least to global growth within the G7. The membership of the EAGLEs’ Nest is subject to a yearly revision and can change according to forecasted economic performances.
