1 Conditional: Future Possibility
Form: If + Subject + Present Simple, will + infinitive.
Ex: If it rains tomorrow, we'll go to the cinema.
2 Conditional: Hypothetical Situation
Form: If + Subject + Past Simple, would + infinitive.
Ex: If I had a lot of money, I would travel around the world.
3 Conditional: Impossible Past Situation
Form: If + Past Perfect, would + have + past participle.
Ex: If I had gone to bed early, I would have caught the train.
Wish Clauses
Present Unhappiness
For a situation the speaker is unhappy about in the present.
Form: I wish / If only + Past Simple.

Past Regret
For regret about a past action or situation.
Form: I wish / If only + Past Perfect Simple.

Future Desire
For a desire for something to change in the future.
