Complaint Letter Correction

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with reference to the order which was placed on the 17th of June. I ordered a pair of heels and a bag; unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with your service.

Firstly, the pair of heels was missing from the delivery. Not only was an item missing, but also I have been overcharged for another item.

Furthermore, when I phoned customer service, they didn't answer.

I would be grateful if the situation could be resolved as soon as possible; I would like to get a refund.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

Your sincerely,

(your name)
