My Structured Daily Schedule

Morning Routine: Fitness and Preparation

  • My daily routine begins when the alarm sounds at 8:00 in the morning.
  • After a brief complaint about waking up early, I eat breakfast, brush my teeth, and walk my dog.

Around 11:00 AM, I head to the gym. I usually train for two hours or an hour and a half, depending on the day.

When I return home, I eat lunch, which often consists of fruit, yogurt, or other light options.

After lunch, I take a shower. I then prepare meals for myself and my brothers, as they attend school and college in the morning.

Afternoon Commitments and Commuting

Around 3:00 PM, I leave to catch the bus. I either travel to Madrid for the police academy or go to the Institute to prepare for my subjects.

When I attend the academy in Madrid, I arrive home very late because the commute by public transport is an hour and a half. I usually arrive home exhausted.

On days when I attend the Institute, I come home after class, study, and take care of my younger brother.

Evening and Rest

I usually eat dinner around 9:00 PM. Afterward, I relax by watching TV or using my phone until I fall asleep.

A Typical Day in My Life

My Best Friend: Paula

Physical Description and Personality

I have many friends, but only a few very good ones. My best friend is Paula, who is eighteen years old.

She is tall and slim. Her hair is long, brown, and very curly—just like mine. She has big, blue eyes. She is also fair-skinned and freckly. She is truly pretty.

Paula has a very dynamic personality; she can be quite moody—one day very happy, the next day sad. However, she is exceptionally friendly and has many friends at her school.

Hobbies, Education, and Talents

Paula loves to cook and listen to music, often preferring classical pieces. She aspires to become a dancer one day.

Currently, Paula is studying teaching at the University of Alcorcón because she wants to become a teacher.

She also enjoys basketball; until two years ago, she played for a very important team in the Community of Madrid.

Paula's Incredible Linguistic Skills

A remarkable peculiarity that amazes everyone is that Paula speaks five languages:

  • Spanish
  • French
  • English
  • German
  • A little Chinese

It is incredible that she possesses these skills at only 18 years old!

She is an incredible friend, and I love her dearly.
