Letter 1: Complaint Regarding Fitness Center Facilities
Dear Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the changing room of the fitness center that you are managing.
Last night, I visited your gym for a workout session after a long working day. I expected a good experience, as it is an expensive and well-known sports complex, but I was utterly disappointed with your facilities, especially the male changing room. It is in a terrible state: water is leaking all over the place, there is garbage on the floor, and one of the toilets cannot even be flushed.
The unacceptable and substandard condition of the male changing room left me so furious that I couldn't finish my workout. I suggest your management team look into this issue as soon as possible and correct it, as it is affecting your customers' experience. Furthermore, I demand a full refund for the entry ticket I paid yesterday. I feel the price is not justified by the service your center is providing.
Please take this complaint seriously and act accordingly.
Yours faithfully,
Zaytuna
Letter 2: Restaurant Job Application
Dear Abdugaffor,
I am writing to express my interest in the part-time job opening at your restaurant, which was advertised in today's local newspaper.
Please allow me to present my experience in the food industry. Firstly, I worked as a waiter at Amara Restaurant for two years and was then promoted to assistant supervisor. Although I loved the job, I resigned from this restaurant three years later because of my intention to seek new challenges in my career. Looking at the job advertisement from your restaurant, I believe that it will absolutely suit my style of working.
Personally, I am a hardworking team player. I will be available for the job during the weekdays after 3 PM and all weekend. It would be great if we could have a coffee and talk to explore more about the nature of the job and your expectations for this position. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Xursanova Zaytuna
Letter 3: Request for Part-Time Job Assistance
Dear Sir,
I have heard a lot about your employment agency because of your dedicated service in helping people find employment. Therefore, I am hoping that you would also help me find a suitable part-time job.
But before anything else, let me introduce myself. I am currently living in Tashkent, and I would like to work as a part-time employee at an established tourist information center.
As far as my experience and skills are concerned, I have worked as a part-time customer service representative at a very busy and upscale 4-star hotel in the city where I am currently living. Besides, I have also worked as a waiter at a restaurant when I was finishing my bachelor's degree. I can also speak the Russian language, in addition to having great communication skills in English.
So, based on my credentials and skills above, please help me find a suitable part-time job, preferably in the city where I am currently living.
Miss Zaytuna
