The Role of Big Companies in Addressing Global Warming
People with financial resources should be encouraged to invest in new methods of producing clean, renewable, ecological energy. The Government should sponsor these initiatives so that green jobs can be created for the many unemployed people in Spain and all over the world. America is attempting this on a great scale, and perhaps this could be the beginning of a pollution-free Planet Earth.
Harnessing Natural Resources
We must remember that the sun, the wind, the sea, and the ocean are available for us to investigate. We need to develop effective, renewable energy sources to help us maintain a similar lifestyle, integrated with the technology we, as human beings, have produced, but without endangering the Earth.
The Importance of Collective Cooperation
But is the use of all this beneficial if each and every one of us does not cooperate? Firstly, we should try to recycle as much as possible and also reduce buying food in tins and bottles. This decreases production needs and saves energy. We should prioritize buying fresh food and vegetables. Secondly, we should moderate our desires and buy fewer things so that production is reduced. People currently working in these industries could potentially be employed in 'green jobs'.
Sustainable Manufacturing and Ethical Priorities
Establishing new factories that contaminate as little as possible and implementing manufacturing methods that do not pollute will also help in stopping global warming. We need to seek new energy sources and encourage government sponsorships for new companies willing to pursue ecological solutions. The primary intention should not be merely earning money, especially not at the risk of environmental damage or unemployment.
