Complaint Letter Regarding Salary Increase and Colleague Issues

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain that lately I am not being rewarded for the great effort I am making in your company and that is why I would like to speak with you privately.

I would like to talk about my salary increase, problems with colleagues, updating all kinds of devices, etc. First and foremost, the most important thing is that I want to raise my salary because of the simple fact that two months ago I was the best worker, so that would make me happier and work harder. Secondly, I had a few problems with my partner Victor, who does not stop harassing me for the simple fact that I am better than him and I am envious and also fix the computers and all kinds of electronic devices.

Finally, I look to solve all the problems we have because otherwise one day something very bad will happen and we will not know how to solve it or even leave the company due to its employee Victor.
