Common Issues and Solutions for M-Bo Systems

The M-Bo makes noise due to: air inflow, low oil, or worn parts.

The M-Bo warming indicates: very high pressure, high speed, or poor refrigeration.

The B does not flow due to: base oil, clogged filter, or pump failure.

• Leaks at the pump or motor worn parts
• Leaks in the body
• Bad tightness

The M-Bo does not revolve due to: little flow, internal leakage, improper loading, or unsuitable engine.

Breaking parts can occur due to: pressure excess, stiffness due to lack of fluid, or abrasives not retained.

If the M rotates slower than the flow that arrives, it may be due to: leaks, low pressure input, or high temperature.

Wear excesses of B and M can be caused by: abrasives, excess or no viscosity, or high pressure.

For the v/v regulatory pressure:

• Regulator does not regulate or adjust due to: spring break, stiffness, or worn parts

Lack of pressure can be caused by: balancing orifice clogged, slack in the piston, stiff piston, stiff spring, or worn seat.

Overheating of the system can result from: continuous pressure to discharge, too viscous oil, or leakage across the seat.

For v/v regulation of flow:

• It regulates flow due to: spring break, regulator stiffness, or bad seat

The flow varies due to: plunger stiffness, too thick oil, or dirty oil.

Inadequate flow can be caused by: v/v ill-fitting, hot oil, or clogged holes.

For v/v retention:

• Leakage can occur due to: gasket in poor condition, loose connections, or defective seats

For v/v stiffness:

• Defective seat, no drainage, or drainage counterpressure can cause issues.

For v/v distribution:

• Heat can be caused by: hot oil, dirty oil, or electrical system failure

Distribution can be incomplete or defective due to: burned Elektrim, misalignment of the plunger, or insufficient pressure of piltaje.

The cylinder extends or retracts slowly due to: worn body, leakage into the seat, or plunger of distribution centers.

Leaks can occur due to: defective joints, back pressure in the drainage, or faulty connections.

Stiff-reel or Conmoto issues can arise from: dirty fluid, very viscous oil, or bad condition of components.

For filters:

• Filtration can be inadequate due to: clogged filters, inadequate filtration, or dirty oil

For connectors and pipelines:

• Vibration can be caused by: pulsating flow, air in the circuit, loose pipes, cavitation, or unsteady pressure regulation

Poor sealing can result from: worn seals, bad installation, or loose connectors.
