I think it depends on what your mother tongue is. For example, Chinese is difficult to Spanish people because vocabulary and pronunciation are completely different.

In my opinion, it is better to preserve or find equivalents in our own language when it is possible. Only if it does not exist equivalent in our language it could be good to adapt English words.

No, we shouldn't. I don't think that it would be possible. And if that were possible, the world would not be a better place to live, it would be more boring. Many people who work as translators would not have their present job.

I think that it depends on the students' English level. When all the students have the same level in reading comprehension, oral speaking, and writing, teachers who speak English only are the best option. On the other hand, if there are two or more different levels of English knowledge in the same class, I think it is better for the students to attend classes where teachers speak English and Spanish when it is necessary.
